Reaction Steps

80 mg of product obtained in stage 4 of example 41 are mixed with 37.3 mg of 3,4-dichlorophenyl isocyanate and 5 ml of dichloromethane. Stirring is carried out for 2 hours at ambient temperature, 0.5 ml of water are added and the mixture is evaporated to dryness. Purification is carried out on an Xterra LCMSprep column, eluting with acetonitrile/ammonium hydrogen carbonate buffer, pH 9. 35 mg of expected product are obtained.
