Reaction Steps

80 mg of product obtained in stage 4 of example 41 are mixed with 32.2 mg of 4-dimethylaminophenyl isocyanate and 5 ml of dichloromethane. Stirring is carried out for 20 hours at ambient temperature, 0.5 ml of water is added, and the mixture is evaporated to dryness. Purification is carried out on an Xterra LCMSprep column, eluting with acetonitrile/ammonium hydrogen carbonate buffer, pH 9. 55 mg of expected product are obtained.
