6-[4-(3-Aminophenyl)-1-methyl-1H-imidazol-5-yl]thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-4-amine (64 mg) in anhydrous tetrahydrofuran (10 mL) was added to 2-fluorophenyl isocyanate (34 mg) and stirred under an inert atmosphere at ambient temperature for 1 hr. The mixture was diluted with DCM (5 mL) then purified by chromatography on silica eluting with a gradient of 0-50% EtOAc/DCM, then 0-50% MeOH (containing 1% concentrated aqueous amnmonia)/DCM to give the title compound as a solid (76 mg, 82%).
