Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared by the method described for example 14 using the product from example 3, step c) and 2-iodo propane. 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 7.91-7.88 (m, 1H), 7.63-7.53 (m, 2H), 7.35 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 7.17-6.78 (m, 4H), 6.14 (s, 1H), 4.98 (s, 2H), 3.68 (sept., J=6.8 Hz, 1H), 2.43 (s, 3H), 1.34 (d, J=6.9 Hz, 3H), 1.02 (d, J=6.9 Hz, 3H); MS: ESI (negative): 397 (M−H).
