Quantities: compound 29 (15.36 g, 0.047 mol) in anhydrous THF (200 ml), n-butyllithium (26 ml, 2.5M in hexane, 0.065 mol), trimethyl borate (9.79 g, 0.094 mol) in anhydrous THF (26 ml). The experimental procedure was as described for the preparation of compound 33.
