Procedure
An organic silver salt dispersion liquid was prepared in such a manner that 4-sulfobenzotriazole and silver nitrate were reacted together in water so as to obtain 4-sulfobenzotriazole silver, and 50 g thereof, 20 g of polyvinyl pyrolidone and 60 ml of water were dispersed by making use of a alumina ball mill.
