In 150 ml of CH2Cl2 were dissolved 23 g of the compound obtained in step 2; and, 12.9 ml of pyridine and 7.8 ml of acetyl chloride was slowly added at room temperature thereto. The reaction solution was washed with 0.2N HCl and with saturated NaHCO3 aqueous solution, dried over Na2SO4 and concentrated under reduced pressure to obtain residue, which was used for subsequent reaction without further purification.
