Procedure

The procedure of Step 5 of Example 1 was repeated except for using (E)-3-(2-(4-aminothieno[3,2-d]pyrimidine-7-yl)vinyl)-4-methylbenzoic acid and 4-((4-ethylpiperazine-1-yl)methyl)-3-(trifluoromethyl)aniline to obtain the title compound (see Table 1).
