Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared from 1-[2-(1-Oxo-1,3-dihydro-2-benzofuran-5-yl)ethyl]piperazin-2-one and 2-Methoxy-5-(2-oxoethyl)benzonitrile following essentially the same procedure as Example 6. The product was purified by mass-directed reverse phase HPLC (AcCN-Water with 0.1% TFA). LC-MS (IE, m/z): 420 [M+1]+.
