Reaction Steps
5-(1,1-Dioxo-thiomorpholin-4-yl)methyl-2-phenyl-7-nitro-1H-indole prepared in Step B and tetrahydropyran-4-one were reacted according to the same procedure as Example 1 to give the title compound.
