Reaction Steps
Prepared as in Example 128 from 4-amino-5-(3-(isopropylamino)-2,2-dimethyl-3-oxopropoxy)-2-methylquinoline-3-carboxylic acid (Example 134) and NaHCO3 as a white solid (100%). 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 1.01 (d, J=6.4 Hz, 6H), 1.23 (s, 6H), 2.56 (s, 3H), 3.86-3.94 (m, 1H), 4.07 (s, 2H), 6.66 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 7.14 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 7.32 (t, J=8.0 Hz, 1H), 7.48 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 1H). MS 360 (MH++H-Na).
