0.5 mmol of Compound 27 prepared in Example C-1 was charged in a 25 mL round-bottom flask and dissolved in methylene chloride (5 mL) to make a solution to which trifluoroacetic acid (TFA, 5 equivalents) was then added, followed by stirring at room temperature for 30 minutes. After completion of the reaction was confirmed by TLC, the reaction liquid was washed three times with distilled water, and the organic layer was dried over anhydrous MgSO4 and concentrated to afford the title compound.
