Compound 221 was prepared by isolating the mono-addition byproduct from the procedure outlined in Example 168 using (2R,3R)-bis(2,5-dioxopyrrolidin-1-yl) 2,3-dihydroxysuccinate (70.4 mg, 0.205 mmol) and Compound 28 (223 mg, 0.409 mmol). Purification by preparative HPLC gave the title compound (44.4 mg) as a TFA salt. 1H-NMR (400 MHz, CD3OD): δ 7.89 (d, 1H), 7.81 (d, 1H), 7.63 (t, 1H), 7.55 (s, 1H), 7.50 (t, 1H), 6.84 (s, 0.5H), 3.88-3.84 (m, 1H), 3.64-3.34 (m, 22H), 3.14 (s, 4H), 3.07 (m, 2H). MS (m/z): 677.36 [M+H]+.
