Starting from 3-[2-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)furo[3,2-b]pyridin-7-yl]benzoic acid (0.062 mmol) and 2-methoxyethylamin (0.069 mmol) the product is prepared analogously to “A43” and obtained as colorless solid in a yield of 62%. HPLC (method A): Rt 2.53 min (purity 98.8%); LCMS (ESI+) (method E): Rt 1.78 min, M+H+ 463.2 m/z; 1H NMR (500 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ [ppm] 8.84 (s, 1H), 8.79-8.72 (m, 1H), 8.60 (d, J=5.1, 1H), 8.28 (d, J=8.3, 1H), 8.03 (d, J=7.9, 1H), 7.78 (s, 1H), 7.75-7.70 (m, 2H), 7.35 (d, J=16.3, 2H), 3.93 (s, 6H), 3.74 (s, 3H), 3.54-3.43 (m, 4H), 3.28 (s, 3H).
