Procedure
181 μL (1.61 mmol) N-Methyl-cyclopentylamine are added to 120 mg (0.32 mmol) N-(2-{4-[1-(2-chloro-pyrimidin-4-yl)-piperidin-4-yl]-phenyl}-1-methyl-ethyl)-acetamide (XIV.2) in 3 mL acetonitrile. The mixture is heated at 150° C. for 30 min under microwave irradiation. After that time, the solvent is evaporated and the residue is purified using reversed phase HPLC (eluent A: water+0.1% TFA, eluent B: acetonitrile+0.1% TFA) to yield the desired product.
