Reaction Steps

Methanesulfonyl chloride (0.3 mL, 3.87 mmol) was added dropwise to a cold (0° C.) solution of Example 55B (0.5089 g, 1.531 mmol) and triethylamine (0.65 mL, 4.66 mmol) in THF (10 mL). The reaction was removed from the ice bath and stirred at ambient temperature for 30 minutes. Solvent was removed under vacuum to provide the title compound as a solid that was used without purification.
