The title compound is prepared from 5-(1-methanesulfonyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydro-pyridin-4-yl)-2-piperidin-4-yl-furo[2,3-c]pyridine and isopropyl chloroformate following a procedure analogous to that described for Example 19. LC (method 6): tR=1.45 min; Mass spectrum (ESI+): m/z=448 [M+H]+.
