Procedure

To the compound 6-chloro-N-[4-(dimethylphosphoryl)-2-(propan-2-ylsulfonyl)phenyl]pyrimidin-4-amine (0.16 mmol) in 1 mL of 2-methoxyethanol is added 2-methoxy-4-[4-(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)piperidin-1-yl]aniline (prepared in Example 75: 0.71 g, 0.16 mmol). The mixture is stirred at 110° C. until formation of the desired compound. The mixture is basified with saturated sodium bicarbonate solution and extracted with limited amount of ethyl acetate. The compound can be purified by chromatography.
