Methanesulfonic acid 2-{4-[5-(4-methoxy-phenyl)-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyridin-2-ylamino]-phenoxy}-ethyl ester (0.05 g, 0.11 mmol) was dissolved in dimethylacetamide (1 mL). N-Benzylmethylamine (0.071 mL, 0.55 mmol) and triethylamine (0.076 mL, 0.55 mmol) were added and the reaction was heated to 130° C. for 15 minutes in the microwave. The reaction mixture was transferred to a vial and purified by preparatory HPLC. LCMS method: 2, RT: 2.86 min, MI: 466 [M+1].
