Reaction Steps
(R)-2-4(6-(3,4-dihydronaphthalen-2-yl)-3-fluoropyridin-2-yl)methyl)amino)-3-methylbutan-1-ol was prepared according to Example 199, substituting 3,4-dihydronaphthalen-2-ylboronic acid for bicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-en-2-ylboronic acid. (R)-2-(((6-(3,4-dihydronaphthalen-2-yl)-3-fluoropyridin-2-yl)methyl)amino)-3-methylbutan-1-ol was subjected to hydrogenation (H2 atmosphere, Pd/C catalyst) to provide the title compound. MS (ESI+) m/z 343 (M+H)+.
