LC-MS showed the product had the expected M+H+ of 380. 1H NMR (Varian 300 MHz, CD3OD, shifts relative to the solvent peak at 3.3 ppm) δ 8.28 (d, 1H) 6.8-7.5 (m, 8H) 4.85 (m, 1H) 3.9 (m, 2H) 3.7 (m, 2H) 3.1-3.5 (m, 4H) 2.2-2.3 (m, 2H) 2.28 (m, 2H) 1.6-1.8 (m, 2H).
