Prepared from 1-acetyl-5-fluoro-3,3-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-1H-indole-6-sulfonyl chloride (500 mg, 1.64 mmol) and 1-chloro-3-iodo-propane (863 μL, 8.2 mmol) following similar methods to those described in Preparation 64. The title compound (502 mg) was obtained as a pale yellow oil. 1H NMR (CDCl3): 8.72 (1H, d), 7.01 (1H, d), 3.88 (2H, s), 3.75-3.57 (2H, m), 3.57-3.35 (2H, m), 2.37-2.18 (5H, m), 1.41 (6H, s).
