Starting with 6-chloro-3,3-dimethyl-2,3-dihydro-pyrrolo[3,2-c]pyridine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester, the title compound was prepared by using similar methods to those described in Preparation 117 using 2-fluorobenzylzinc chloride instead of benzylzinc chloride. 1H NMR (Me-d3-OD): 8.15 (1H, s), 7.64-7.20 (3H, m), 7.20-7.03 (2H, m), 4.12 (2H, s), 3.74 (2H, s), 1.50 (9H, s), 1.37 (6H, s). MS: [M+H]+=357.
