Reaction Steps
According to GP1 tert-butyl 4-(2,4-dioxo-6-phenyl-1,4-dihydrothieno[3,2-d]pyrimidin-3(2H)-yl)piperidine-1-carboxylate (969 mg; compound B50) is reacted with 3-(chloromethyl)-1-ethyl-1H-pyrazole (454 mg) in the presence of potassium carbonate (630 mg; compound D17) in DMF (15 ml). Using WU2 the title compound is obtained after flash column chromatography [silica gel, eluent: cyclohexane/EtOAc, 15/1 (v/v)] as a solid.
