The synthesis was performed using the mixture (21 mg) of 4-(4-hydroxy-4-phenylpiperidin-1-yl)-1-{[5-(trifluoromethyl)thiophen-2-yl]methyl}-1,3,5-triazin-2(1H)-one and 4-[4-(4-chlorophenyl)-4-hydroxypiperidin-1-yl]-1-{[5-(trifluoromethyl)thiophen-2-yl]methyl}-1,3,5-triazin-2(1H)-one that were synthesized in Reference Synthesis Example 91 in a similar manner to Synthesis Example 68. The resultant residue was purified by preparative high performance chromatography to obtain the title compound of Synthesis Example 70 (3.0 mg, yield: 16%) and the title compound of Synthesis Example 71 (7.5 mg, yield: 37%).
