The product from Step E above (0.015 g, 0.030 mmol) was dissolved in a 7 N solution of ammonia in methanol (2.6 mL). After stirring at RT for 45 min, the resulting mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was dissolved in dioxane/water, acidified with TFA, and purified directly on RP-HPLC to give the title compound. LC/MS m/z=475.0[M+H]+. 1H NMR (500 MHz, CD3OD): δ (ppm) 8.34 (s, 1H), 7.43 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 2H), 7.37 (d, J=8.8 Hz, 2H), 7.16-7.14 (m, 2H); 6.48-6.45 (m, 1H), 3.20-3.12 (m, 1H), 3.14-3.05 (m, 1H), 3.04 (s, 3H), 0.89 (t, J=7.4 Hz, 3H).
