Procedure

A solution of 3-[4-(4-methyl-piperazin-1-yl)-benzoylamino]-6-(3-phenoxy-benzyloxy)-indazole-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (87 mg, 0.137 mmol) in DCM/TFA 8:2 (5 ml) was stirred at r.t. for 2 h. The volatiles were removed under reduced pressure and the residue purified by flash chromatography over silica gel eluting with DCM/MeOH/30% NH3 90:10:1 affording 71 mg (yield: 97%) of the title compound as a white solid.
