Reaction Steps

To compound 35 (44 mg, 0.078 mol) in CH2Cl2 (1.5 mL) at 0° C. is added TFA (0.15 μL). The mixture is stirred at 0° C. for 2 h and is quenched with 25% ammonium acetate, extracted with ethyl acetate. The organic phase is washed with brine, dried and concentrated to give a yellow residue which is purified by silica gel chromatography (0-5% methanol in CH2Cl2) to give the desired product (17 mg, 50%).
