A solution of ethyl 2-[[5-cyclopropyl-4-(2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)pyridine-2-carbonyl]amino]-2-(5-methyl-1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl)propanoate (example 147b, 0.05 g, 113 μmol) in ammonia 7N in MeOH (1.00 ml, 7.01 mmol) was stirred at room temperature overnight. Volatiles were removed in vacuo and the crude material was purified by preparative HPLC without any work-up protocol to yield the title compound (32 mg, 69%). MS (ESI, m/z): 414.5 (M+H+).
