4-(1-Benzyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)butanoic acid (step 3) (5.34 g, 21.77 mmol) was dissolved in EtOH (435 ml) and re-circulated through a 75 mm 10% Pd/C catalyst cartridge and hydrogenated using the H-Cube continuous flow hydrogenation at 60° C., 30 bar pressure for 72 hr. The reaction mixture was evaporated under reduced pressure to afford the title compound;
