To a solution of tert-butyl 4-(4-(3-((2-methoxy-4-(3-methoxyazetidine-1-carbonyl)phenyl)-amino)isoquinolin-5-yl)-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)piperidine-1-carboxylate (Example 3, 23 mg, 0.038 mmol) in DCM (8 mL) at 0° C. was added TFA (0.5 mL). The reaction was stirred at room temperature for 16 hours. The solvents were removed in vacuo and the residue was purified by SCX-2 column eluting with 2M NH3/MeOH to afford the title compound as yellow oil (19 mg, 98%).
