The title compound was prepared according to Example 40 using N-(2-methoxy-6-morpholinopyridin-3-yl)formamide (Preparation 71) and 2-(methylsulfonyl)-N-neopentylpyrido[3,4-d]pyrimidin-8-amine (Preparation 47). The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography eluting with 0-5% MeOH EtOAc followed by a second chromatography eluting with 50-100% EtOAc in cyclohexane. The residue was dissolved in EtOAc and washed with HCl (0.5 M, 10 mL), dried (MgSO4) and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was further purified by passage through a SCX-2 cartridge eluting with 100% MeOH—1 M NH3 in MeOH, to afford the title compound (10 mg, 14%).
