Reaction Steps
A solution of 2-methoxy-4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)aniline (210 mg, 0.843 mmol), 1-(2-(4-iodo-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)ethyl)-4-methylpiperazine (Preparation 59, 206 mg, 0.643 mmol) and Pd(dppf)Cl2.DCM (52 mg, 0.064 mmol) was dissolved in THF (4.5 mL) and 2M sodium carbonate in water (1.5 mL) and heated to 60° C. for 18 hours. The mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure. The residue was partitioned between water and DCM. The aqueous layer was extracted with DCM three times and the combined organic layers dried and concentrated. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography eluting with 0 to 15% MeOH in DCM to give the title compound (72 mg, 35%).
