The title compound was prepared according to the method described for Preparation 158 using (4-bromo-1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)methanol (Preparation 222) and 2-methoxy-4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)aniline. The residue was purified using Biotage silica gel column chromatography eluting with EtOAc followed by elution through an SCX-2 cartridge.
