Procedure
Intermediate 47 was coupled with tyramine following procedure F. LC-MS showed the product had the expected M+H+ of 336. 1H NMR (Varian 300 MHz, DMSO-d6, shifts relative to the solvent peak at 2.49 ppm) δ 8.2 (d, 1H), 8.0 (d, 2H) 7.0 (m, 4H) 6.6 (d, 3H), δ 4.0 (q, 2H), 3.4 (t, 2H), δ 2.7 (t, 2H), 1.3 (t, 3H).
