Reaction Steps
Prepared in 61% yield from 2-bromo-4,5-difluorophenol following the same procedure as (S)-1-bromo-4-fluoro-2-(pent-4-en-2-yloxy)benzene. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 7.42-7.35 (m, 1H), 6.77 (dd, J=11.9, 7.2 Hz, 1H), 5.88 (ddt, J=17.2, 10.1, 7.1 Hz, 1H), 5.21-5.06 (m, 2H), 4.40-4.27 (m, 1H), 2.61-2.36 (m, 2H), 1.35 (d, J=6.0 Hz, 3H).
