Prepared from (S)-methyl 2-(5-(4-(allyloxy)-4-methylpiperidin-1-yl)-2-(3-bromophenyl)-7,8-dimethylimidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-6-yl)-2-(tert-butoxy)acetate and (3-fluoro-2-hydroxyphenyl)boronic acid in 100% following the same procedure as (S)-methyl 2-(5-(4-(allyloxy)-4-methylpiperidin-1-yl)-2-(2′-hydroxy-5′-methyl-[1,1′-biphenyl]-3-yl)-7-methylimidazo[1,2-a]pyridin-6-yl)-2-(tert-butoxy)acetate. LCMS (ESI, M+1): 616.20.
