Reaction Steps
3,4,6-Trichloropyridazin (10.5 g; 57.25 mmol) was dissolved in 10 ml of dry NMP. Afterwards were added DIPEA (28.4 ml; 171.73 mmol) and 4-amino-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (12.04 g; 60.11 mmol) and all let stir at ambient temperature for 16 hours and 3 hours at 50° C. The reaction mixture was purified by using reversed phase chromatography under basic conditions.
