Procedure
Isopropyl (S)-4-acetyl-6-((methoxycarbonyl)amino)-3-methyl-3,4-dihydroquinoxaline-1(2H)-carboxylate was synthesized from isopropyl (S)-4-acetyl-6-amino-3-methyl-3,4-dihydroquinoxaline-1(2H)-carboxylate and methyl chloroformate (instead of acetic anhydride) according to the procedure described above for isopropyl (S)-6-acetamido-4-acetyl-7-(1-cyclopropyl-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-3-methyl-3,4-dihydroquinoxaline-1(2H)-carboxylate (Example 235). MS (ESI, pos. ion) m/z 372 [M+Na]+.
