The title compound was prepared using standard chemical manipulations and procedures similar to those used for the preparation of compound 184, except tert-butyl 4-(5-(5-(3-(4-cyanophenyl)azetidine-1-carbonyl)-2-methylphenyl)-4-methyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl)-4-methylpiperidine-1-carboxylate (compound 185.3) was used in place of tert-butyl 4-(4-(5-(3-(4-cyanophenyl)azetidine-1-carbonyl)-2-methylphenyl)-5-methyl-1H-imidazol-2-yl) piperidine-1-carboxylate (compound 182.3). m/z (ES+) 512 M+H+.
