Reaction Steps

The title compound was prepared using standard chemical manipulations and procedures similar to those used for the preparation of compound 5.6, except methyl 2,4-dimethyl-5-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)benzoate (compound 160.1) was used in place of methyl 4-methyl-3-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)benzoate (compound 5.4) and 5-iodo-2-(3-methyloxetan-3-yl)-1H-imidazole-4-carbonitrile (compound 202.3) was used in place of 5-iodo-2,4-dimethyl-1H-imidazole (compound 5.5). m/z (ES+) 326 (M+H)+.
