Reaction Steps
The title compound was prepared using standard chemical manipulations and procedures similar to those used for the preparation of compound 5.7, except methyl 5-(4-cyano-2-(3-methyloxetan-3-yl)-1H-imidazol-5-yl)-2,4-dimethylbenzoate (compound 203.1) was used in place of methyl 3-(2,4-dimethyl-1H-imidazol-5-yl)-4-methylbenzoate (compound 5.6). m/z (ES+) 312 (M+H)+.
