Reaction Steps
0.05 g of 3.5 μm monosized particles with quaternary base groups from Example 3 was dispersed in a solution containing 50 ml water, 15 g resorcinol and 45 g of 37% formaldehyde solution. This mixture was kept at 65° C. for 2 hours. Monodisperse resorcinol-formaldehyde particles of size 8.2 μm were formed.
