Trichlorogermane (Cl3GeH) was added to acrylic acid (CH2CHCOOH) to obtain trichlorogermylpropionic acid (Cl3GeCH2CH2 COOH). It was hydrolyzed to synthesize an organogermanium compound (1). In the same manner were synthesized organogermanium compounds (2) to (51).
