Reaction Steps
To a stirred solution of the title compound from Example 12 (25 mg) in acetic acid (5 ml) was added potassium dichromate (25 mg), and stirring was continued overnight. The solution was then evaporated to dryness. Chromatography on silica using ether as eluant gave the title compound (15 mg).
