Using 21.5 g of N1 -cyano-N3 -(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-guanidine and 18.8 g of 3,4-methylenedioxybenzylamine hydrochloride, 27.3 g of the captioned compound was obtained by operating the same manner as in Example 1.
