LC-MS showed the product had the expected M+H+ of 407. 1H NMR (Varian 300 MHz, DMSO-d6, shifts relative to the solvent peak at 2.49 ppm) δ 9.4 (s, 1H) 9.0 (m, 2H) 8.5 (d, 1H) 7.4 (s, 1H), 7.2 (t, 1H), 7.1 (m, 2H), 6.9 (d, 1H), 3.71-3.65 (m, 4H) 3.57 (d, 2H), 3.47-3.44 (m, 1H), 3.39-3.31 (m, 4H), 2.9 (t, 2H), 1.6 (d, 3H).
