| Product | HCID 118105719 | HCID 118105719 | 89% |
Reaction Steps
The compound (489 mg) prepared in Step 1 was dissolved in methylenechloride (6 ml), added with 4M HCl (dioxane solution, ml), and stirred at room temperature overnight. Upon completion of the reaction, the mixture was distilled under reduced pressure to remove the solvent, and dissolved again in methylenechloride. Then, the resultant was neutralized with a saturated solution of sodium bicarbonate, washed with saturated brine, and dried with sodium sulfate. The dried organic layer was distilled under reduced pressure to remove the solvent to obtain a target compound (320 mg, 89%).
