To a solution of [1-(2,3-dimethyl-2H-indazol-5-yl)-2-oxo-1,2-dihydropyridin-4-yl]methyl methanesulfonate (140 mg) and 4-chlorophenol (77 mg) in N,N-dimethylformamide (5 ml) was added potassium carbonate (120 mg) at room temperature, and the mixture was stirred at 80° C. for 4 hr. The reaction mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure, and the obtained residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (dichloromethane/methanol). The obtained residue was purified by HPLC to give the title compound (20 mg).
