LC-MS showed the product had the expected M+H+ of 422. 1H NMR (Varian 300 MHz, MeOD-d6, shifts relative to the solvent peak at 3.31 ppm) δ 8.7 (d, 1H) 8.4 (d, 1H) 8.3 (d, 1H) 7.6 (d, 1H), 7.5 (t, 1H), 7.1 (d, 2H) 6.6 (d, 1H), 3.9-3.7 (m, 3H) 3.69-3.57 (m, 8H), 2.9 (t, 2H), 1.7 (d, 3H).
